MaxiPulse
Large deep-cycle batteries require constant charging and discharging during regular
daily operation. This produces sulfate/sulphate crystals which adhere to the lead plates
and over time reduces the available power that the battery can produce. The MaxiPulse
is a product specifically designed to reverse this process. By mounting the MaxiPulse
on to your charger and utilizing the input power through a slave transformer
the MaxiPulse is working to eliminate sulfation/sulphation/sulphation all the time it is connected to
the battery, whether the charger is operating or not.
The advantage of this unit, compared to units that are connected directly to
the battery, is that this unit will continue to desulfate/desulphate the battery even after
the charger shuts off. Charging time is typically 2 – 3 hours.
Key Feature
The MaxiPulse is the easiest way to ensure peak battery performance and eliminate
unnecessary downtime associated with poor batteries.
Remember a battery that is free of sulfate/sulphate delivers more power to your electrical
drive motors, lift motors, steering motors, lighting systems, etc., which means
less amperage draw by those components thereby extending their useful life.
MaxiPulse is supplied in
five set voltages:
12
VDC 48 VDC
24
VDC 72 VDC
36
VDC Uses
Lift trucks, scissor lift platforms, stand-by generators, UPS systems, pallet
movers, mining equipment, cranes, aircraft portable power systems.
MaxiPulse is driven by 12 VAC and therefore requires a separate transformer
to power the unit. The transformer has rated input voltages AC from 120VAC – 600VAC
isolator type II @ 2.4 amps. Tapping instructions for various voltages indicated
on transformer.
