The SulfaTak 5000 is designed to pulse ten 12 volt deep-cycle batteries at the same time. It uses the BES pulse signal to break down the sulfate/sulphate crystals inside the battery and return them to the sulfuric acid. The unit pays for itself after recovering 10 to 15 batteries. The SulfaTak 5000 is designed primarily for maintenance shops or large scale battery reclamation. Desulfation/desulphation occurs in conjunction with, or without, the charger.
